Do you offer local delivery or store pickup?
Yes, we offer local delivery within the Atlanta area and free in-store pickup at our locations. Simply select your preferred method during the checkout process.
What states do you ship wine to?
Due to state regulations, we can only ship wine to specific states. Please check our shipping policy page for the most up-to-date list of eligible shipping destinations.
Is an adult signature required for delivery?
Yes, federal law requires that someone 21 years of age or older be present to sign for any alcohol delivery. Carriers will not leave wine packages unattended on porches or at doorsteps.
What is your return policy for corked or damaged wine?
If you believe a bottle is corked or flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We ask that you return the bottle (with the wine still inside) so our team can verify the flaw and provide a replacement or credit.
Can I join a Wine Club through the online store?
Absolutely! You can sign up for our monthly wine clubs online. Members receive hand-selected bottles, tasting notes, and exclusive discounts on additional purchases.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
We recommend storing your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally around 55°F. Keep bottles on their sides to ensure the cork remains moist and the seal stays intact.
