At PERRINE'S WINE SHOP, we strive to ensure every bottle meets our high standards of quality. While we cannot accept returns on wine once it has left the shop due to state regulations, we are happy to address concerns regarding corked or damaged items.
Inspect Your Order
Please examine your wine bottles immediately upon delivery or pickup to ensure the order is correct and the glass is intact.
Report Faulty Bottles
If you believe a wine is corked or flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and retain the bottle with at least three-quarters of the liquid remaining.
Provide Proof of Purchase
Email our team with your order number and a photo of the receipt to initiate a quality review for a potential store credit or replacement.
Visit the Shop
Bring the faulty bottle back to our physical location so our sommeliers can verify the flaw and assist you with a curated alternative.
