Palmes d’Or is the prestige cuvee of Champagne Nicols Feuillatte. A 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from grand cru sites in the Montagne de Reims and Cote de Blancs, the 2006 was aged for 8 years in the Feuillatte’s cellars. 2006 was an excellent vintage, and this is described as a gastronomic Champagne, ideal to accompany food.
