ABOUT THE WINE
‘Raig de Raim’—Catalan for “Ray of Grapes”—is a lively, organically farmed red made from Garnacha Tinta and Syrah grown at altitude in Terra Alta’s limestone-rich soils. The 2022 vintage was marked by warm days and cool nights, which helped preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Fermentation is done in stainless steel to retain purity, with short maceration and no oak aging, allowing the fruit to shine. This unpretentious yet characterful red is ideal slightly chilled, pairing well with grilled vegetables, tapas, pork skewers, or roasted eggplant with romesco.
