Sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Slovenia’s Štajerska region, the grapes for “Sabotage” are hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously with native yeasts. The wine is aged in old barrels and bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal sulfur, preserving the grape’s freshness and savory detail.

The 2022 vintage brought bright, balanced fruit with excellent natural acidity—ideal for this leaner, more lifted style of Blaufränkisch. Expect flavors of wild berries, plum skin, clove, and a touch of smoke, framed by a lively structure and modest alcohol.
