Fermentation is spontaneous, with élevage in neutral barrels that allow the terroir’s voice to resonate clearly. Benoît Ente is one of Burgundy’s most exacting and quietly revered vignerons. Based in Puligny-Montrachet, he took over his family's domaine in the late 1990s and gradually redefined its style through meticulous farming and minimalist winemaking.
