Sourced from select vineyard sites across the southern Rhone Valley, “Banderet” is a traditional GSM-style blend led by Grenache, complemented by Syrah and Mourvèdre. The 2023 vintage showcases vibrant dark fruit layered with hints of dried herbs, licorice, and a touch of earth—hallmarks of the region’s Mediterranean climate and stony soils.

Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve freshness while achieving depth of flavor. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks to maintain aromatic clarity, followed by aging in concrete or neutral oak to soften tannins and integrate flavors without overpowering the fruit.

Approachable yet structured, this Côtes-du-Rhône pairs effortlessly with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, hearty stews, and rustic Provençal dishes. It is equally enjoyable on its own, offering immediate charm and balance.
