ABOUT THE WINE

Crafted from a classic Bardolino blend—primarily Corvina, with Rondinella and Molinara—this wine reflects the sunlit slopes around Lake Garda. Vinified entirely in stainless steel to preserve its purity and freshness, the 2023 vintage delivers youthful vibrancy and clarity of fruit. Aromas of red berries and fresh herbs transition into a palate defined by lively acidity and low tannins, making it exceptionally drinkable. The grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards rooted in morainic soils, which lend a mineral edge to the wine’s bright fruit core. Zenato employs sustainable viticulture, respecting the natural balance of the vines and soil. This Bardolino is made to be enjoyed young and chilled slightly—perfect with antipasti, grilled vegetables, or lighter pasta dishes featuring tomato, herbs, or lake fish.
