Ceritas' West Sonoma Coast Chardonnay, "Marena," showcases Ceritas’ commitment to precision and terroir expression.  Grapes are carefully selected from 3 cool-climate vineyards which are organically farmed - Heintz, Porter-Bass, and the Teac More vineyards. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in a combination of neutral and lightly toasted French oak, the wine captures the purity of fruit while developing texture and complexity. The result is a Chardonnay with balance, freshness, and a distinct coastal minerality.
