ABOUT THE WINE

Made from 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, this classic Cerasuolo is crafted from estate-grown fruit in Loreto Aprutino, in the heart of the Abruzzo region. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently macerated for a brief period to capture the wine’s signature vivid color and intense aromatics. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness, the wine is vibrant, zesty, and expressive. This is a dry rosé with a deeper hue and slightly fuller body than its Provençal cousins—perfect with tomato-based pasta, grilled seafood, or roasted vegetables.

Cora is a collaborative project with a sustainability-first mission, crafted at a carbon-neutral, vegan-certified winery using certified sustainable viticulture. The estate avoids herbicides and pesticides, relies on cover crops for soil health, and operates fully on solar and wind energy. While not certified organic or biodynamic, the farming approach is deeply rooted in environmental stewardship. Cora’s Cerasuolo is a modern take on a historic style—bold in flavor, ethically made, and built for joyful, everyday drinking.
