Domaine de la Janasse’s Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is a refined blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, and Bourboulenc, sourced from some of the finest vineyard parcels in the appellation. The 2022 vintage benefited from warm, sunny conditions, resulting in grapes of excellent ripeness and concentration. Fermentation took place in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels, with a portion of the wine undergoing malolactic fermentation to enhance its richness and complexity. The wine was aged on its lees, adding depth and a round mouthfeel. This Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is an ideal companion to dishes such as roasted poultry, grilled seafood, and creamy pasta.
